I already have a B.S. in Biology and an M.S. in Biotechnology…but would like to have a career in animal welfare. What would be the best way to get started? I would not mind going back to school…preferably for a more advanced degree and not another Bachelors, though. Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: I have looked at several non-profits in the area and they are more than happy to take on volunteers…but as far as hiring goes…I have no idea how to get my foot in the door.
