i want to be an animal welfare officer. What should my major be?

i know i want to be an animal wellfare officer. i am not sure what couses i should study and what i should major in, OR if there are schools that specialize in that career focus. i know i need education in law and animal behavior. any advice??

i believe they still teach anmial husbandry in college. i know okla. A/M did before it became okla.-state.

…um, why don’t you major in vetinary science and then intern at petsmart. c’mon now, it’s not THAT hard.
